G'Zone Brigade external display screen does not light up. Can't use the external screen at all! How can this be fixed?

It just started happening.The display is totally black. The phone has no apparent physical damage.
Hmm, this is definitely odd Ruca. Let's do some more digging. Do you have a case or screen protector on? This may block the sensor that prompts the screeen to light up. Have you removed/re-inserted the battery to test the screen?AdaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter at @VZWSupport
