G'zone Boulder flip phone,To a A Smartphone, frustrating. Please help

I have a G'zone Boulder flip phone, and I am Upgrading to a smartphone. the Boulder cannot get the Backup Application. I am trying to have my contacts Loaded, pictures Loaded and i don't want to loss my ringtone. I have moved all my photos to a sim card, and made an excel of all my contacts. Please help.

Mail_room_5 We don't want you to lose your important information. What happens when you try to download Backup Assistant? When were the ringtones orginally purchased? Photos will not transfer over. Which smartphone are you going to use?
