I just got a pre-paid phone from you guys and I programmed it and when it restarted it was locked and I don't know the phone number to unlock it, What do I do?

Congratulations on your new phone! We know it's important to have access to your phone and if the last 4 digits of your phone number did not work and do not remember the customized password, your phone will have to be reset to factory settings, depending on the make/model. You can contact the Prepaid Department at 888-294-6804 for further assistance.

On a basic phone it use to be the last 4 digits of your phone number. However if the user changed the unlock code it could be anything.
