Help! MY phone quit working suddenly. There was a "free call from Verizon" that I did NOT listen to before I tried to use it today. What happened?

from a land-line call 1-800-922-0204 and ask customer service.

We would have no idea what the call was about.

Help has shown up for you today. What kind of device do you have that quit working? When you say it quit working, does it not power on at all anymore? Is the phone screen frozen? Please provide me with further details.
