I lost my phone and suspended it my lost phone number is [removed] -- it is flip phone with a the 99 cents a day plan -- I cannot seem to order one like it on your website unless I sign up for a different plan -- and no one but a machine is available to talk to when i call your support numbers -- no option to talk to a live person or even do live chat with a live person on your website
