How do I change Backup Assistant settings?

I want to change my backup assistant settings so it will not be trying to back up my contacts every time I turn my phone on. Can anyone help me, please?

How do I undo a system update? I liked the version I had had better before

I have an LG Cosmos. My back up assistant is version is 1.6.2.0.54

Under the back up assistant SET SCHEDULE page the MORE INFO takes me to a

page which says Automatic backup occurs during the times below:

Morning 6am-12pm

Afternoon: 12pm-6pm

Evening: 6pm-12am

Late Night: 12am-6am
