How do I load some music to VN220?

Many support messages on line for VN220 to download apps and widgets, but store says cannot be done. Cannot seem to load music from iTunes either. I have a mac computer.

Note that the instructions state:

Only DRM free or unprotected music can be transferred via this method.

and

• If using a Macintosh computer, additional software is required in order to transfer files.
