What do I have to do to get the lock code off without a computer or erasing everything off of my phone

Being able to count on your phone and use it when you need it is always important. We want to make sure we get that back up and running. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you haven't tried that yet it could be a very good option. If that doesn't work there isn't another way to unlock the phone on your own. We would recommend taking it into a local store for further assistance. http://vz.to/1Il9zyO
