How to turn off all messaging

I just replaced an LG basic phone with a Samsung Gusto3. I had all messaging turned off with the LG but don't see any place on My Verizon to turn it off with this new phone. It apparently used to be in "Features" but is not there now. I understand I can block them by calling customer support but was hoping there was a way to do it online. Is there?
