I cannot download vz navigator; but was charge $4.99 fee. Please remove fee

Yesterday 12/6/2017 I went to Verizon Store, Clayton Ga because my HEREDRIVE app quit working. The store told me to call *611 for new navigation app. The representative said I would be charged $4.99 for vz navigator, but I cannot download vz navigator. It is not available for my phone. It is not on the app store for my phone.

Please remove the $4.99 charge for vz navigator because it cannot be used.

Hello-

I have a similar experience. ( being charged for VZ navigator but, so far , unable to download the app tp my LTE EXALT phone.). The online instructions do NOT work
