I have a Samsung Gusto. When I call voicemail I get a busy signal. How can I receive my voicemail?
Call customer service (*611 from your phone, or 800-922-0204 from any phone), choose option 4, (other), then say "Agent" at the prompt. They may have to reset something on their end to get your voicemail working again.
