I have a certain ring back song setup through the the online manager....however, when I call my phone (or anybody else does) it just rings and the song will not play.
Hello dogmalady, let's solve this mystery! Let's check to see which song is setup as default via the manager. Please go to Ringtones and Ringback tones under the Media column. Click Manage, go to My Ringback Tones. On the tiles it will show if you have the song setup daily or at certain times.
