I have an Accolade flip phone, and all of a sudden when i open it the screen is white,i can't see contacts ,texts or nothing,just a white screen,can anyone help please

Let's look further into this hd96rk! There is no way to complete an alternate reset on this device. I suggest removing/inserting the battery here http://vz.to/U6oTLQ in effort to resolve this. Thank you.
