When my Edge plan is ready to Edge up in April (50% paid off) I want to get a Nokia Lumia Icon, but its been removed from the web store. What can Verizon do for me?!

If it is not available on the website in new, used, or CPO then you would need to find the ICON elsewhere.
The Microsoft Store's Nokia Lumia Icon locator states that the verizon brick-and-mortar location in my town has it in stock. Would they allow me to Edge up to this despite it not being online?
If a store has one in stock, you should be able to purchase it on Edge.
If not, you could always try to find one on a site such as swappa.com.
