Keys don't work, and phone is over a year old. Still have months left on our contract, with a useless phone. Any suggestions?
What phone model do you have where the keys don't work? If yo are out of the ione year warranty period, perhaps an inexpensive replacement on swappa or ebay would get you through till contract end? Perhaps a friend with a basic phone no longer in use that would lend or sell it to you?
