Link Verizon Cloud and Backup assistant Plus together

How can I link My Verizon cloud to backup assistant plus so they have the same information? I have had an Android phone and Windows Phone but the two do not seem to have the same info. Also, how do you delete contacts from the cloud so you have just 1 contact for each entity in your address book instead of MULTIPLE listings for the same contact? I swear some have 4 each!

I don't think those two services would synch. Ones a cloud service and another is a backup service. The cloud service is basically near real-time synch whereas backup service is based on a schedule.

They are linked, they are seperate doors into the same room. If the information is different between teh 2 then they are linked to different phone numbers. (the cloud and the back up assistant info are hooked to the phone number not the device)

Backup Assistant Plus was replaced by Verizon Cloud in April 2013. Verizon Cloud provides a secure, online storage cloud where you can back up contacts, photos, music, videos, documents, messages and call logs. The Verizon Cloud app also offers a variety of features that weren’t available with Backup Assistant Plus.

Backup assistant plus still works with Windows Phone, Well at least with my Lumina 928 & 822.
