Verizon's Live Chat doesn't do anything.
I select Live Chat; then I say I need help with "Traveling Abroad"; and then... nothing happens. What am I missing here? I'm on Mac OS X 10.9.4, tried Safari and Chrome, both latest versions.

Why? And how? Wait until I get back from Europe when I no longer need it?
You should have made the change before you left so that's on you. If you want to call and get it while you are there the number is 1-908-559-4899.
Like I said in my original email, I did call before I left. I got the number by walking into a Verizon store and asking them how to unlock my phone, and they said I should call the Global support number. I did both of those things before I left.
