Hello,
My FitBit App keeps saying 'Looking for tracker..'. Anybody knows how I can fix it?
I've contacted FitBit and according to them the phone should have Cyan/Denim firmware. How and where can I get them?
OS ver: 8.10.14219.341
Phone: Nokia Lumia 929
Thanks,
Binu.

This is what us Lumia Icon users have been frustrated about since July of 2014! Cyan nor Denim firmware update has been approved for the Icon by Verizon yet so we have not yet been able to get the necessary firmware updates needed to support devices that by now, we should have!
Microsoft has just released Denim to all carriers (including Verizon, so don't lie to us Verizon!) for testing. Hopefully Verizon will try to make up the Cyan firmware debocle and place HIGH priority on this testing and get us Denim update VERY SOON! However, given the history of Verizon's treatment of what is SUPPOSED to be a FLAGSHIP device, we'll see if we even get Denim.
I will say that my continued patronage of Verizon is dependent upon their support of my Icon. Ball is in your court VZW!

Mine does the same (I have the Charge HR), but that's due to not having the Denim (which includes Cyan) update that someone previously mentioned. I'm hopeful we have it before they get the Windows 10 preview out so we can enjoy that, too!

Recent phone update fixed this issue. Surge works seamlessly with my phone. Thanks to Verizon for the update and the community for your responses.
