I am having an issue where I am receiving upwards of 3 duplicate text messages from people. I even reset my phone to factory settings and it is still doing it. Is this an issue with my phone, Verizon Wireless, multiple friends' phones, or their service providers? I guess my question is if this could be an issue with my phone what are some steps to correct this on my end?
