My phone is lock

AAfter enabling the ease acess features this is when talking when i touch anything on the screen. I cannot get to setting.

I am so sorry to hear about your device being locked. Let's get the full use of your device back. To clarify, are you only unable to access the settings on the device? What exactly happens when you try to go into settings? What model Windows phone do you have?

Have you tried the Windows Phone Recovery Tool? I did that for my Icon last weekend just for kicks and am glad I did. Latest Firmware and OS all in one swoop without update on top of update. Noticed a couple of new things as well as an even smoother operation. Looking forward to Windows 10, too!
