Need help with getting back up assistant to work on new revere 3
is the program downloaded on the new phone and can you see the set up options in the menu?
Pbrn under MY VERIZON locate your device and go to SUPPORT/HOW TO USE/APP .. it will walk you through the set up, if your are still having problems hit troubleshooting from right there and it will troubleshoot the app for you..
let us know if you still unable to get it to work
