Samsung Intensity 3 - Broken Screen!

I accidentally broke my the screen of my Samsung Intensity 3. I bought it at Best Buy I've had it for about 8 months. How do I go about getting this phone replaced? I don't recall buying any extra warranty for this phone...what are my options?

Well if there's no insurance your options are shell out for full retail for that phone is somewhere around $270, or device installment plan where you still pay full retail but have 12 months to pay it off. If you do have insurance you'll pay a deductible and get a refurb phone. Or you can go through a 3rd party like Ebay or Amazon, but without the insurance, you're up creek without a paddle.
