Can I specify how many times the phone rings before the call is directed to Voice Mail?

Unfortunately, no ... that's set by Verizon at 30 seconds.

Hi OscarNelsen,

Let's get down to the bottom of this for you. I know that sometimes the amount of rings can be a little short.  We do not have a way to alter the amount of rings. It is set by our system for 4 rings. I hope this helps out.
