I bought a Lumia 2520 off contract (full price) in the USA while on holiday. How can I remove the simlock? I am not a Verizon customer.
Since it is an LTE device, I would think it is already SIM unlocked.
I have the same problem, even though it was sold to me as "unlocked" when i put a Telstra 4g sim (Australia) it does not even recognize the sim, it gives me the screen above. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
