My incoming calls ring sometimes and sometimes they don't and they go straight to voicemail. Then it shows as a missed call on my phone. What is causing that? It also uses my custom ringtone when it does come through and other times it reverts to the initial ringtone.

Look no further help is here! Have you notice this happens when specific numbers or is it random? Does it show a missed call on the phone? Does this only happen when inside your home? What phone do you have?
