Cannot find what settings to use on the Nokia 928 for charter email. I've been using this same charter account with outlook for years, so the password I know is correct. Any direction on what setup to even select on this phone?

I would use charters online help portal for the exact mobile email settings. Many times the mobile settings differ from that on your computer or laptop.
