So about a month ago I dropped my phone in the snow and to replace it I had a really old flip phone. Once I activated that phone, I received a flurry of messages, like you usually would if you turned your phone off and several people texted you. Though, once I tried sending one, the message would fail to send and would say that there was no signal. After that, I couldn't receive messages either. I could, however, call and receive phone calls.
I called customer support and they said that I should try bringing it in or it might be due to the age of the phone. So I got a hold of an LG Cosmos and activated it, however with the same problem: can make and receive phone calls but no texts. Any help?
