So I was buying ringtones and there was a 2 package deal 4 like 5.99 and a 4 package deal 4 9.99, so I proceded to get my 4 tones. Well, I was also being charged the 2.99/ringtone. I called customer service and they said that when I go to purchase to hit the redemption button. I did. It asks for a code, I don't have a code. Any help here??? This was all done off the phone from Verizon tones.
