Those of us who are in the developer preview program...  Microsoft just released Update 1 for Windows Phone 8.1.

They must have just released this.  I checked at about 7:15 a.m. Central Time US and didngt receive any response.  Thanks for the heads up primortal!  Now if we can just get Verizion to release the Cyan firmware update, we can get the low light imaging upgrade, the Miracast wireless broadcasting, living images, sensor-core for accelerometer, treasure tags will work again, etc.  PLEASE Verizion, release the Cyan firmware update already!?

I did the same; checking around 8ish EST and there was nothing

I know I'm being optimistic but I'm hoping that VZW was waiting for this release to fix the DP to Cyan issue Microsoft uncovered a few weeks ago.  This update had two updates; the one they halted a few weeks ago and Update 1.

...and it will be worth the wait.  Step 3 of 18.  I am anxious to check out this new folder configuration.

FYI, for those of us who installed Update 1 (GRD1) on Windows Phone 8.1. Microsoft released an update for it today.
