after 30 days with the new Nokia 822 I ran into a problem with the charging port on the phone. Its loose and will not accept a charge. According to Verizon and Nokia this is not a "known" defect and they refused to warranty this phone (30 days old)claiming I must have damaged the port. Wrong. Very dissappointing what good is a warranty? Local Verzon store will not exchange phones after 14 days. Fortunately I have loss/damage insurance so that company is sending a new phone after deductible. Not off to a good start with this Nokia phone.
