When I try to set up my email account on my Extravert 2, I get an error message that says Connection Unsuccessful. How can I get this to work?

Hi there,
There are very few steps. First I tap the icon for the Mobile Email app,
and then I receive an error message that says "Connection Issue. Connection
unsuccessful. Please try again." This is as far as I can get.

going to take forever at this rate. I already have Mobile Email, as I've
mentioned previously. I'm not sure why you are suggesting I look for the
app. Regarding your second suggestion, there are no updates available.
