people cant hear me when i make phone calls, but i can hear them. what could be wrong?
Could be a hardware issue with microphone. Pull battery try *228 option 2 already?
We don't want to see you with phone troubles, scarrlet. Did the suggestion by tbo27 help? If not, what model phone do you have? And is the audio trouble both outgoing and incoming calls?
