when i hit "My verizon" in tools/settings it barely fills up the screen like it used to. ( and it was small enough then).....
somehow it reduced in size. it was hard to read before now it's insanely small..this is where you find your balance, usage plan, make a payment ect. The customer srvc person i spoke to for 16 minutes had zero idea how to get this back to normal.. and we went thru every menu/option..i have no idea why it reduced or how to fix it. Anytime I have gone to a local store the usually cannot help fix problems like this.the whole square with the options in it are way under 1" tall.....
