retrieve deleted voicemails

I accidently deleted a very important voicemail today. I have a basic phone (non-smart phone). How can I retrieve this vm? Verizon stated they can look into it this weekend. That doesn't help me. I need it back today. Please help. Can i retrieve it from the Vzw website?
