When I can not answer my phone the caller gets the message "your call can not be completed as dialed" any ideas

Do you have voicemail setup? You may also have call forwarding activated, to deactivate it dial *73. You'll get some confirmation beeps and that shouhld fix the issue. Let me know if that doesn't help.
