why is almost every question in apple forum answered and almost none in windows?

just for grins I just checked the Apple forum, almost every question is answered. Why can we not get a simple answer as to 8.1/cyan status?

If you're trying to get rid of loyal customers, its working. I will be taking my 4 lines elsewhere in Nov. if I don't hear something positive soon. I am NOT interested in changing platforms, I like the Windows Phone.

If only...

The issue is that the iPhone brings in more revenue then Windows Phone does so support will cater to them more.  Again it shows how terrible customer service is with VZW.  All devices should get the same response/service.
