I am absolutely 💯  % not satisfied.  The sales rep was super nice and attentive then ghosted me! She was supposed to be available to help me set up everything,  but never called or reached back out. Now, I'm going on 3 hours of transfers and being told there was miscommunication. And the call continues! Of course, last night no one was available!  Very disappointed and now I'm wishing I had not switched.
