Yesterday, I ported my number to Verizon (coming from At&t, New service) and bought a new phone, the Samsung S20+. At the store, the rep sent a message from their phone and my phone received it. But when I went home, I noticed that I wasn't receiving texts. I was able to call/receive calls and send texts but I can't receive texts. I was troubleshooting on Verizon and got as far as turning off my device and taking out the sim card and putting it back in. Was trying to continue troubleshooting since that step didn't help but it won't let me resume where I left off.
Is there a fix that can be done without going back to the store?
