My Phone Won't Activate
I am trying to activate my phone. I got all the way through the payment and everything twice but it won't activate and now I've put twice as much as I wanted on. My signal is good. What do I do?

I can't seem to send picture messages in the default Droid MINI messaging app!
! Says "Message delivery failed or message receipt failed" I tried turning my Wi-Fi off, and nothing. I don't want to download another messaging app, this is the 1st real problem I've had. Please and Thank you!!!

I'm not able to place calls from my contacts or my phone app/dialpad. I'm not in airplane mode, I have my data turned on, and I've already restarted my phone several times. All other functions of my phone work.

Why does my new Droid Mini power down after 10 min of inactivity?
I just started using my new phone today and found that after 10 min of inactivity, the phone powers down. I have the sleep setting set to 10 min, but instead of going into "sleep" mode, the phone completely powers down. Is there some other setting that I need to check in the phone??

DROID MINI randomly powers down
My DROID MINI powers off randomly. There is no pattern to this, and it is a sudden shut down. It does not matter what (if any) app is in use, time of day, location of phone, etc. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

Having trouble receiving or taking calls on this phone, it started using data by itself now after being reset per advice from verizon, can't receive calls
since December 2014 this phone has started acting up, I have called Verizon regarding overage data usage,even though phone was on home wifi. Tech told me to reset, I have reset and blocked data usage but now the phone is unable to make or receive calls. What is verizon able to do, I still have the year warranty on device.

System software download is hung up
Apparently a system update was downloading when my phone moved away from a Wi-Fi connection this afternoon. When I got home and reconnected to Wi-Fi, the download would not resume. The download has supposedly been "in progress" for 8 1/2 hours now. Any ideas on how to get it to resume?

mic issues
All of a sudden today my mic just cut out. The one on the video works but the normal one And the one for speakerphone both just make static. I can hear people fine but they hear static on my end. I did a cache wipe And a factory data reset. Anyone else have this issue?
