Replacement batteries
I have bought replacement batteries from two different sources, and was guarantied that they would work. Both times, my phone refuses to charge them saying that i must have an Original Motorola battery. (I thought the second one was) What Can I do to charge them?

Need help resetting a deactivated phone
I have a HTC Droid Incredible. I did a factory reset on it to clear all the data from it but now it wants me to reactivate the phone to program it.
