Droid charge makes a high pitch whine/squeal when the camera app is on.

Incoming text disrupts voice calls
When I get a text while I am talking on the phone, the person i'm talking to always says that it disrupts the call, actually sounds like a duck "quack quack". I hear it too, so it's disruptive. Is there a way to turn that off? I didn't see anything in the settings.

Perpetual download
My Samsung Charge has been downloading "Facebook (build 144481)" for the past three days now. I've turned the phone off, logged out of Facebook, removed the battery. Yet evertime the phone comes back on, it still shows that it's downloading. What else can I do to make this stop eating my battery?
