Undo factory reset
My nephew accidentally factory reset my phone trying to unlock it. Unfortunately, I did not have anything but my contacts backed up. Stupid on my part, I know, but there has to be a way to get my stuff back of it's so easy to reset it. How do I undo the reset???
There is a google image that pops up and freezes or clears my screen when I try to do anything on the phone???

Loss of signal, dropped calls
Our signal goes up and down, sometimes dropped calls. Low is "No Service" then up to 2 bars or even sometimes 4 bars, then down to no bars. Why is this happening? My zip code is 95736, area code 530.

My phone won't stay connected to wifi
My phone started dropping my wifi. It shows the name of it but says not in range, I'm setting in front of it also. I ve tried to "forget" connection, and reinstall.
