Updated my Incred.2 yesterday. Now neither one of my email accounts (gmail and a MS Exchange account) will push to my phone. Both will retrieve email but only when manually opened. Any thoughts?

"Voice Mail" icon
When I receive a voice mail, no VM icon appears on the status bar nor does it show on the green VM icon that I have a VM. What does happen is that it comes through my Text Messages with some funky number sequence. How to I correct this? Even after I clear all VM's, it pops up again in my text messages. Thanks!
