I am constantly gathering mail that will not delete out of my folder. Any suggestions on how to clear it?

Droid Incredible 2 - no sounds from speaker
Cannot hear ringtones, alert tones or notifications. I can still make calls and hear thru the earspeaker, and i can plug in headphones and hear thru them. just have to keep my phone on vibrate it sucks.

I am not receiving some of my text messages. or some of mine will never be sent or take hours to get to the person. it's been going on for a week.
