Callers cannot hear me, or I sound like a martian!
Lately when making or receiving phone calls on my Kin TwoM I can hear everything buut they cannot hear me or I sound very distorted...what can I do? I knew I was taking a risk with the KIN!

Is it still possible to upgrade the software on the kin two to the kin twom?
Every time i try to update the software it says that it cannot connect right now. I believe it may be because the servers were all shut down. How can i upgrade?! Help!!

how do i download pictures? went to zune, downloaded "improved" software, and now it downloads blank black rectangles and says "device not supported" under the pictures tab. it used to work before they "improved" it

Dirty camera lens?
I recently noticed the camera lens on my kin two m is dirty or damaged, apparently on the inside. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to clean this if its dirt/lint on the inside of the lens? The outside glass is easily cleaned, this debris still shows inside.

The Ver-lies-on cheap phone scam.
Verizon knew of the limitations and problems when they offered the kin two. I have learned to do a lot of research before getting a new phone. Verizon won't get me again. I am wise to them. I'll be finished with them in Feb 2013. I am already checking out other servers.
