We are divorced and on separate accounts. Our child is on my account but my ex would like to be assigned as another parent on my smart family to monitor her usage. Can this be done?

Cannot send/receive MMS since upgrading plan
Upgraded my plan last Thursday from 2gb to unlimited. I have a samung s20+ 5g. When trying to send pictures through message+ it fails. i cannot receive pictures either. The other two lines using iPhones are working fine. Went through the troublshooting tips without any luck. Any advice?
