icon to create a tex message is gone
in the Message# app, the icon to create a new text message doesn't appear. I can only send to existing contacts or people who have texted me. How do I get that function back? How did I lose it?

How to I block/restrict my boys from being to turn off the VPN on their phone?
My boys have figured out all they have to do is go into settings to turn off the VPN to bypass any restrictions I had set in the FamilyBase. Is there a way to block/restrict them from doing that? Because if I can’t familybase is useless.

Child's phone is an iPhone SE 2020, running latest iOS, location service for Smart Family is turned to Always On. And yet, every other day, I receive the message above and in the Smart Family app it reads "Location permissions may be off. Improve accuracy and reactivate alerts."

Messages+ mms didn't transfer
I had to get a new phone because of an lg issue and they said messages+ world transfer over but only sms did. The mms if it had text transferred over the text but not the picture in the mms. Any idea or suggestions would be helpful. Unfortunately I don't have old phone.
Removing companion app
It seems like my daughter can just delete the Smart Family companion app off her iphone with no difficulty. It doesn't prevent her, or require a password or anything. This can't be as intended, as she then doesn't have any content filters. Am I missing something?
