My 14 y/o was easily able to go around all restrictions I put in place. IMO not worth it if your dealing with a tech savvy teen.

Message + sending replying to wrong person
If I reply to a text from the new message notification and I receive a new text while typing the reply, it replies to the new message instead of the message I was initially replying to. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.

A recent update caused number of unread messages to no longer be shown on Messenger icon.
In the past couple of weeks, Verizon sent out a major upgrade to out Moto Z Play phones. After the update, the Verizon Message app icon no longer shows the number of new/unread messages. Please put that useful feature back.

incorrect message time stamps on bill
I've noticed that the time stamps on my bill for text messages are incorrect. For instance I send a text at 8:25am (is noted this way on my phone) and the time stamp on the bill says 6:25am. So it's not a matter of a delayed receipt. And both me and the recipient are in the central time zone.

Odd text message
I keep receiving an odd text message. The sender is addressed as 'ME' and the text says "Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message." I have unlimited text and I have not sent any messages out when this occurs.
