System recently updated. I can no longer "lock" text messages. Is there a way around this?
I have a Droid Maxx 2. It recently updated and my messaging changed. I don't mind the changes, but I can no longer "lock" messages. Is there a way around this?

Text and call log is not showing up for child in family base. It shows 1 from a day ago but i know it should be more because we have texted several time a day . Do i need to do something on her phone to make it work ?

Is there a report or online activity statement that shows how my child is using their data (i.e. - you tube, browser...) I am subscribed to Family Base and I've poked around online but cannot seem to locate this information.

Message+ not activating account
Hello I have the ZTE Blade Vantage (z839) and when I click activate account on Message+ it says please wait starting service for like a second and goes off. It never activates. Please help

30 minute instant shutdown, where did it go?
In the old program, you could just click a box and instantly, turn phone off in 30 minute blocks, I thought I saw it the other day , but can't find it.

FamilyBase - iPhone Camera and FaceTime
I recently installed FamilyBase on my son's iPhone and it is blocking access to the camera and FaceTime apps. They are both greyed out and cannot be reactivated. Any guidance on how to reactivate the camera and FaceTime apps would be most appreciated.

Unable to restore from SD card on Pixel XL
Help!! I stored all of my text messages on SD card. I am able to see saved file when Pixel XL is connected to PC but unable to restore from that folder. Verizon Cloud restored all my other messages, except 3 threads. Help!!!
