Is there a way to set dual band on the Jetpack 6620? I can only find the option of either 5GHz or 2.4, but not dual. I have one device that only recognizes 2.4, but for the rest I use 5GHz. Thank you!

Screen gets dark
When I turn my Ellipsis 8 sideways (landscape psn) the screen gets dark and stays that way until I turn it upright again. Some apps need the landscape position to work and I cannot use those apps, very frustrating. Is something wrong with my tablet or is there a setting I don't know about?

So I can't access the messenger because when I type in my verizon phone number it sends a verification code to my phone but I can't access it because its broken and won't turn on... I had my game apps loaded onto my sd card. All of a sudden they all disappeared. My games were still on my Elipsis 7 and I was able to play them. I bought a new SD card so I could put them on that one. I did not have the option to move my games to the new sd card. What has happened?

I just purchased a Jetpack 5510L which will not run a wireless printer while my hotspot will. Am I out of luck using a wireless printer with Jetpack?
Wireless printer works fine using hotspot but not Jetpack 5510L. Printer recognizes Jetpack...desktop recognizes Jetpack but desktop says printer can't be found. Am I up a creek. Will the LTE Home and phone work?
